Process

A controlled process from intake to licensing.

Every ProvenanceAI engagement follows a documented, four-stage review. Sellers retain control throughout.

  1. STAGE
    01

    Preliminary screening

The asset owner submits a private description of the materials. No repository or confidential file upload is required during the initial submission.

    Output — Initial qualification decision
  2. STAGE
    02

    Authority and sensitivity review

ProvenanceAI reviews ownership, commercialization authority, third-party restrictions, sensitive information, and potential exclusions.

Output — Rights and sensitivity review plan
  3. STAGE
    03

    Controlled package preparation

Approved materials are organized into a structured asset profile, inventory, documentation summary, and limited sample.

    Output — Buyer-ready evaluation package
  4. STAGE
    04

    Buyer evaluation and licensing

Qualified AI organizations review approved information under controlled terms. The seller decides whether to accept any proposed transaction.

Output — Defined licensing proposal when there is a fit

Initial submissions are generally reviewed within five business days.
