Process
A controlled process from intake to licensing.
Every ProvenanceAI engagement follows a documented, four-stage review. Sellers retain control throughout.
- STAGE

The asset owner submits a private description of the materials. No repository or confidential file upload is required during the initial submission.
Output — Initial qualification decision - STAGE
02Authority and sensitivity review
ProvenanceAI reviews ownership, commercialization authority, third-party restrictions, sensitive information, and potential exclusions.
Output — Rights and sensitivity review plan - STAGE
03Controlled package preparation
Approved materials are organized into a structured asset profile, inventory, documentation summary, and limited sample.
Output — Buyer-ready evaluation package - STAGE
04Buyer evaluation and licensing
Qualified AI organizations review approved information under controlled terms. The seller decides whether to accept any proposed transaction.
