- No. Initial screening should only require a high-level description. Additional materials should only be shared through an approved controlled process.
- Do I retain ownership?
- Yes. The asset owner retains ownership unless a separate signed agreement explicitly states otherwise.
- Is this a sale or a license?
- ProvenanceAI primarily evaluates licensing opportunities. Transaction structure may vary depending on the asset, owner, and buyer.
- Will my asset be publicly listed?
- No. ProvenanceAI does not operate as an open public marketplace.
- Can I approve or reject a buyer?
- The asset owner retains control over whether to proceed with a proposed transaction.
- What kinds of assets are not accepted?
- Assets involving unclear ownership, unauthorized third-party materials, unapproved personal data, customer-confidential information, credentials, security secrets, or restricted technical information may be excluded.
- Does submission guarantee a buyer or revenue?
- No. Submission begins an evaluation process and does not guarantee acceptance, buyer interest, licensing, or revenue.
- Can I withdraw?
